• to the united kingdom and its islands linked to the implementation of brexit and shipping (currently very sharply reduced in volume)

Preparing your order

Once your order has been registered and paid for, all products ordered are checked for availability.

If a product is missing, Paniers-des-Terroirs.com will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer can then choose between replacing the product, postponing shipment or cancelling the order.

Once your order has been validated, your gourmet basket is prepared, protected and ready to ship!

Gourmet baskets delivered by Colissimo La Poste and Chronopost

Gourmet baskets are shipped and delivered by La Poste's Colissimo and Chronopost services.

The delivery times shown below are generally respected, but some parcels may be delayed due to an incident specific to the shipment (e.g. damage due to insufficient packaging, illegible or incomplete address, etc.).

The parcel is delivered directly by La Poste or Chronopost to the address given when the order was placed.

If you are absent, a notice will be left in your letterbox so that you can collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

Gourmet baskets delivered to the Conciergerie La Poste (Géode network only)

As part of the Géode network, gourmet baskets are available at the La Poste conciergerie in Gellainville (19 avenue Gustave Eiffel - 28630 GELLAINVILLE).

The parcel can then be collected on presentation of the dispatch notification during concierge opening hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
