The "D" collection is a tribute to the House of DEVAUX, as well as an affirmation of its difference in the world of Champagne.
This champagne is made from a rigorous selection of Pinot Noir (55%) and Chardonnay (45%) plots, combining several vintages and plots, selected and vinified separately.
Aged for at least five years in the cellar, this champagne proves to be a great cuvée, carefully balanced by a palette of reserve wines from the best years aged in foudres.
With its pretty honey color, it offers a nose of luscious notes of white flowers, yellow fruit and vanilla, followed by a palate of lovely floral notes, fresh and round with nuances of tangerine, orange zest and brioche of delicious complexity.
