This wine has a straw-yellow color with golden highlights. The nose is very intense and complex, with a subtle blend of quince, dried apricot and white flowers.

The well-coated palate is well-balanced and complex, with floral, apricot and honey notes. This gourmet wine also has good aromatic persistence.

It can be drunk as an aperitif, or paired with soft cabbage with Roquefort, guinea fowl capon flavored with orange with potato gratin, cheese and, of course, foie gras.
