La graine de paradis, c'est la maniguette, un poivre africain peu piquant mais plein d'arômes. Il joue ici les stars entouré de graines de pavot et de moutarde. Une touche d'acidité avec le vinaigre balsamique blanc, une note sucrée avec les oignons rissolés...
