Une pointe de crème fraîche apporte une touche délicate et douce au merlu. Afin de vous garantir du poisson de haute qualité et origine France nous avons tissé un partenariat avec l’APAK, l’Armement de la Pêche Artisanale de Keroman, basé à Lorient.
