Bétises de Cambrai à la Menthe

La Bétise de Cambrai est un bonbon de sucre cuit et étiré, finement parfumé à la menthe Mitcham, sur lequel on applique une rayure de caramel pour en adoucir le goût.

La Bétise de Cambrai est fabriquée depuis plus de 150 ans par la confiserie Afchain de Cambrai d'après une recette d'Emile Afchain, trouvée suite à une erreur de prépation.

Cette erreur de préparation lui a donné son nom, la "bêtise" de Cambrai.
