Cultivée sur le bassin versant de la Maine, les raisins sont ramassés au lever du jour, au plus frais de la journée pour conserver les arômes variétaux des cépages. Le jus est extrait par un pressurage direct, puis conservé à basse température (2°C) avant d’être gazéifié et pasteurisées pour garantir une stabilité organoleptique et aromatique des jus.
