Vine Peach Nectar

La pêche de vigne est à son origine un arbre non greffé et planté au milieu des vignes du Beaujolais.

L'hypersensibilité de sa peau à la maladie oïdium permettait au viticulteur d'être alerté de l'arrivée de ce champignon pouvant endommager le feuillage et les raisins.

Elle est à ce jour cultivée principalement à l'ouest de Lyon, où les vergers bénéficient dune amplitude de température jour/nuit idéale pour le développement de ses arômes.
