La dénomination Grand Cru d'Alsace est attribuée à des vins répondant à un cahier des charges très stricte comme : délimitation du terroir, règles spécifiques de la conduite de la vigne, rendement limité pour avoir davantage de concentration du vin et ainsi obtenir une parfaite restitution des notes particulières venant du terroir…il s’agit de vins d’exception et unique dans leur style !
