La Ferme des étangs élèvent ses animaux en semi-liberté sur la ferme, dans un parc de plus 30 hectares. Ils se reproduisent comme dans la nature, au rythme des saisons : le brame en Septembre, les naissances en mai/juin, les animaux vivent dans le total respect de leurs conditions de vie naturelles.
Les animaux sont élevés en parfaite autonomie : les céréales cultivées sur l'exploitation permettent d'offrir aux animaux, de l'orge, du maïs, du foin et la paille nécessaires à leur alimentation et à leur bien-être.
