Des saveurs inimitables qui déclenchent bonne humeur et convivialité !
Pour obtenir un thon savoureux et moelleux, le poisson est tout d'abord cuit entier. Après avoir frémi longtemps dans un court bouillon, il est ensuite paré à la main pour ne conserver que le meilleur. Il est alors transformé en mousse et associé à des feuilles de basilic hachées.
Ingredients
thon blanc germon (43 %), eau, crème (lait), huile de tournesol, jaune d'oeuf, huile d'olive vierge extra, extrait de thon (poisson et produits à base de poisson), concentré de tomate, féule de manioc, basilic (0,6 %), extrait de levure, sel, sucre, poivre, algue, arôme basilic.
